The spread of COVID-19 created intense pressure on our healthcare system and caused immense Provider Trauma to healthcare workers. The struggle with new and unique issues, including protective equipment shortages, mortality, fear of spreading the virus to family members, and the reality of losing colleagues to the disease has created a profusion of challenges for healthcare workers. This webinar aims to support the mental health of workers during and after this pandemic with information surrounding Compassion Fatigue and Moral Distress.
