- Explore key issues, disparities and social determinants of health that impact LGBTQ+ people.
- Discuss the application of core concepts related to sexual orientation and gender identity in the health care setting.

Webinar Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their orders to participate in a live webinar session by notifying Health Consortium of Greater San Gabriel Valley/Heluna Health (Health Consortium/HH) at least 72 Hours prior to the start of the webinar. Cancellations will be refunded in full within 15 business days. If a person fails to cancel at least 72 hours before the webinar or fails to attend, refund claims will not be processed. If the Health Consortium/HH cancels a webinar for any reason, participants will be notified 24-hours in advance and registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid within 15 days.
CHES/MCHES Credits will be available again for this webinar through our partnership with City of Hope. To receive these credits, complete the evaluation via the link in the email you will receive after the webinar. You will need to provide your CHES/MCHES number in the space provided within the evaluation form.
