Participants may cancel their orders to participate in a session by notifying the Health Consortium of Greater San Gabriel Valley (Health Consortium) at least 72 hours prior to the start of the conference. Cancellations will be refunded in full, less the ticket processing fees, within 15 business days. If a person fails to cancel at least 72 hours before the session, or fails to attend, refund claims will be denied and not processed. If the Health Consortium cancels the conference or session for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid within 15 days.
